They serve as inhibitor of alpha-2-omega subunit having voltage-dependent calcium channels. Upon ingestion, these capsules show very high bioavailability of about 90% with very low protein binding ability of about only 1%. Active compound present in this medicine has chemical formula C8H17NO2 with molar mass of 159.29 g/mol. Mecobalamin And Pregabalin Capsules are also said to be effective for seizures and for chronic low back pain. They get absorbed in intestines with help of LAT1 transporter.
